I’d like to order a large number of headbands for our team (club, group, etc.). Is it possible?

Yes, of course it is. We’ll be happy to get those headbands ready for you. If you order many of them, our graphic designers can make you a custom design with the name of your club, your slogan or logo. Tell us about your idea at napis@bjez.cz and we’re sure we can do it! We look forward to working with you!

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, we already ship to Slovakia without a problem, if you want us to send your order somewhere else, drop us a line, we’ll see what we can do for you.

ORDERS

Do I need a registration to place an order?

It is not necessary to register in order to purchase our goods. You can order without an account, although it’s handy to have one. To start with, your details will already be filled in for you when you return here. You will save time that you can spend searching for your perfect headband.

Can I return my order?

If you order via our online store and you want to return your headband, that is your right. But please, stick to the following rules. Return your goods within 14 days. The headband must not be used, damaged, etc. You can only return the goods and withdraw from our contract in written form. Send us a parcel to Bjež.cz, Dřevčice 174, Brandýs nad Labem, 25001 together with your invoice and this information: why you want to return your headband, number of order, name, address and how we can send you your money back, including your bank account number.

We recommend sending the parcel as a recorded delivery with insurance for the value of the goods (if it gets lost, you can claim it at the post office). The parcel must not be cash on delivery, otherwise we will not accept it and it will return to you.

INFORMATION ON PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

What are the possibilities of delivery?

Currently, we only send our parcels via the Czech Post. You can also drop by and collect it yourself, but please, let us know beforehand! We can also agree to bring you your goods at some event we go to. See the page “Where We Can Meet” in the INFO menu, then you can pick up your parcel after agreeing with us. We’ll be happy to meet you in person! :)

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via transfer to our account no. CZK 2301258207/2010 or EUR 2901258219/2010, IBAN CZ 0220100000002901258219, BIC/SWIFT: FIOBCZPPXXX or cash on delivery. If you pick up your order in person, you can only pay cash.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We try to send your parcel on the day you ordered. Of course, it also depends whether your headband is currently in stock. If so, you will get your parcel within 3 days (probably earlier :) ). If it is not, we’ll let you know and agree on what to do. You can decide whether you want to wait for your design or you’ll just pick a different one. Certainly don’t hesitate to contact us.
